Return Policy
*When making a return we do not pay for the
return shipping and we do not refund the original shipping charge.
We only issue a refund for the value of the items less a 5% restocking
fee.
If the merchandise is received damaged it may
be your responsibility to make the insurance claim with the shipping agent
unless the item was shipped via USPS. If the item was shipped via USPS it will be handled on a case by
case basis.
Please follow these steps when returning an order for credit or
refund.
- Fill out the return authorization form below.
- When your receive the instant response print it and place it inside the
original shipping box.
- Repackage your order in its original shipping box.
- If it was
shipped via USPS write on the label "Return to Sender". If the package weights
less than one pound (postage less than $3.85) you can drop it into
any USPS mail box. If the package weights more than a pound
take the package to your nearest Post Office and present it to a
Postal Clerk. The Postal Service will mail it free of charge
unless you tell them that you opened the package. If you tell
them you opened the package they will require that you pay the return
shipping charge.
- If is was shipped via UPS, FedEx or Airborne take the package to
the nearest authorize shipping center and they will return it to us free
of charge. You must tell them that you refuse the package.
If you are returning the package for any reason
and the package cannot be returned free of charge
you will have to return the package at your expense using any method you
wish.
After receiving the package we will issue a PayPal credit less the original shipping
charge and less a 5% restocking fee. If you
received free shipping your credit will be reduced by the amount of the
actual shipping cost. We cannot issue a credit for
the cost of shipping coming or going.
*Excludes orders of
$300 or more. Orders of $300 or more cannot be returned for any
reason but can be exchanged. There is a 5% restocking fee on all
returns. All refunds will be less shipping and less restocking
fee. Customer pays all shipping costs coming and going.This applies to orders returned within 30 days of
receipt. Orders returned after 30 days will be judged on a case by
case basis. After 30 days you may be referred to the manufacturer
for replacement or be issued a store credit equal to the value of the
return. The delivery date used to determine the start of this 30
day period will be the date the tracking number indicates the package was
delivered. To determine this date you will need the "Delivery
Confirmation" number located on the orders original shipping
box. This number is located below the barcode.
