When you place your order online there are no shipping options.  By default all online orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground to the 48 continuous US States only.  Shipping outside the 48 continuous States, overnight, 3 Day Express Saver, 2nd Day Air and international shipping are not available online and require a shipping upgrade.  Please use our Customer Service Request Form to request a shipping upgrade. You will be sent a PayPal invoice for the additional shipping charge.

Since retroToys is a PayPal store orders are sent direct to our shipping department the instant you complete your online order.  Some orders may be packaged and ready for carrier pickup within minutes from order placement.  Because of this it is very important that any shipping upgrades be requested either before the order is placed or immediately after the order is placed.

You will be billed separately via PayPal invoice for the cost of the shipping upgrade.  We can also bill all shipping charges to your shipping account.  When requesting that the shipping charges be charged to your account be sure to provide the account number and billing address.  Currently we only accept FedEx accounts.

All orders shipped outside the 48 continuous US States can only be shipped to PayPal verified addresses.
